Flying Up as Far as Possible

In this essay I  will be talking about how big dream in which man can fly have started an unbelievable chain reaction. Most credits are given to Leonardo da Vinci for the start of planes. Now in modern days plane are use commonly as transport of product and people. This should not be the end for this technology. As since the start this technology was intended in being able to life human in the sky and fly, I explain near the end of the essay a possible new technology that might be thought about for the future.

All this start with one man called Leonardo da Vinci. Leonardo da Vinci was born on the 15th of April 1452 and died on the 2nd of may 1519. He left loads of significant inventions and arts as a legacy. One specific invention that is looked at in this essay is his flying machine called “ornithopter”. The main invention was firstly trying to make a human fly in this sky there rather than making someone straight away with an engine the main thought of Leonardo was to glide.

The way this invention would work is the passenger of the machine would be hanging in the center of the machine facing down. On his back would be attached a 33 feet wings. The closest technology to this is the “ paraglide”. Therefore the pilot would be able to to steer and to pedal to keep the energy of the flow of the wind and the the wings to flap.

The inspiration of this specific invention was possible the bat. The wings that were created for this invention would look extremely similar to the wings of bat but something that made the spectators believe the inspiration was a bat is the way that the wings of the machine would be transparent such as bats.

Nowadays this technology has kept growing in which now it is used for multiple ways.            It is used to transport people from places to places commercially or for even advertisement. It is used for sport such as doing races and flips. Obviously an invention of this much power must be used for warfare too. The invention of planes has made things in warfare completely change the outcome of some and causing things to be twice as devastating.  Being used to transport poisonous gases, nuclear bombs ext…

Now that there is so many evolution going on, planes can only evolve more and more. A possible future technology that can be created thanks to the intentions and the intent of the plane is transportation to other planets. Currently instead of trying to fix earth, scientist keep searching for planets in which humans could live on. There could be possibilities of planets in which humans could live on but the only issue is the transportation would be too long and and would not be efficient.

Traveling to those planets would possible require that a new born would be place on a spaceship and when they finally arrive on the planet the new born would already be in the 70 years old. Thinking through the same way with in Leonardo da Vinci, it was hard to imagine going from one country to another in hours but rather for them it would take weeks or even months.

This would be the same in the present time we would think there is no way to get to those planets other than those 70 years but instead the plane will be created to have a direct same path every single time. it will enter a speed in which has not been possible yet. Inside this plane it will create a opposite for so that it stabilizes the passenger inside. With this those 70 year could possible be reduce into months or weeks in which this would be spectacular. Having a connection to different habitable planets that can be travelled from and too.
